This offset lithograph from the portfolio "450 Years of Struggle: Homage to the Mexican People" reproduces a linocut by Castro Pacheco depicting Felipe Carrillo Puerto who was the leader of the southeastern region. Puerto fought for the proletariat and the farmers to have political rights and land reform. He carries a banner that reads "Land and Liberty." |
